The 6-course set menu will read as follows:

First Starter
-Salmon and Scallops Corail Terrine w/ Saffron Emulsion

Second Starter
-Cold Turkey Roll Stuffed w/ Foie Gras and Chestnut, Caramelized Grenadine Onion and Roasted Fig Bread

First Main
-Slow Cooked Salmon w/ Red Wine and Shallot Sauce, Truffle Infused Mushroom Risotto

Second Main
-Roasted Lamb Gigot with Garlic and Thyme Reduction, Baby Glazed Carrots and Potato Sarladaise

Dessert
-Cafe Gourmand with Caramel Cheesecake, Mini Gingerbread Creme Brulee and Mini Lemon Tart
